NexDeys is a technology-enabled marketplace platform that connects customers with independent vehicle service providers offering vehicle-related services through the Platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise, NexDeys does not itself provide vehicle repair, maintenance, washing, detailing, or other automotive services.

By accessing or using NexDeys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Compliance

By using NexDeys, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and usage of personal data reasonably required for booking coordination, customer support, fraud prevention, payment processing, operational analytics, dispute resolution, platform security, settlement processing, and legal compliance.

  • NexDeys may process personal data in accordance with applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Users may request correction of information, account deletion, withdrawal of consent, or raise privacy-related grievances subject to applicable legal, taxation, settlement, fraud prevention, and operational retention obligations.

NexDeys implements commercially reasonable safeguards for protecting personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

3. Vendor Information

For vendors registered on the Platform, NexDeys may additionally collect:

  • Service Areas
  • Vendor Performance Metrics
  • Ratings & Reviews

4. Location Access

Location access may be used for:

  • Nearby Vendor Discovery
  • Navigation
  • Arrival Verification
  • Fraud Prevention
  • Operational Analytics

Location information may be collected during active booking usage where required for Platform functionality.

5. OTP & Verification Data

OTP verification records, login timestamps, verification logs, authentication history, and security records may be stored for fraud prevention, operational integrity, dispute handling, and platform security.

6. Camera, Gallery & Device Permissions

Where required, NexDeys may request permission to access:

  • Camera
  • Gallery
  • Notifications
  • Storage (where applicable)

These permissions may be used for:

  • Uploading vehicle photographs

Permissions are requested only when necessary.

7. Payment Information

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway partners.

NexDeys does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, banking passwords, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, or confidential banking credentials.

Payment references, transaction IDs, refund references, settlement references, and payment status may be retained for operational, legal, taxation, settlement, and fraud prevention purposes.

NexDeys implements commercially reasonable safeguards to protect user information. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute protection from cyber threats, data breaches, or unauthorised access.

Personal information may be processed or stored in India or other jurisdictions where NexDeys or its authorised service providers operate, subject to applicable laws and appropriate safeguards.

NexDeys may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological changes. The latest version will always be available on the Platform. Continued use of NexDeys after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
